These are NEW WITH TAGS but they do have a couples flaws that are pictured, a small tear/fray on the zipper & two of the belt loops on the back have been pulled off.
ALL measurements are taken lying flat, waist & hip are doubled for full measurement. While I take ALL measurements myself, I am subject to human error & cannot 100% guarantee a perfect fit every time for every person. The best advice I can give you when shopping for vintage clothing is to KNOW. YOUR. MEASUREMENTS.
